Server / Bartender

Join Red Dunn Kitchen in Lincoln Park, MI for a front-of-house Server and Bartender role on site. This position covers a breakfast server shift and evening Mon/Tue bar shifts, with base pay plus tips in a welcoming, toxic-free environment that emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and guest satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Deliver food and drinks with efficiency while upholding high standards of presentation and sanitation.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering responsibilities when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, resetting for new guests, and ensuring sanitation standards are met.
• Assist with food preparation or kitchen support when required, demonstrating culinary knowledge and teamwork.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and a team-player mentality.
• Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred.
• Smart Serve, Serving It Right, or applicable certification is a plus.

Compensation and benefits

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour. Base pay plus tips in a casual dining setting.
