Hearthside Vine & Tap at the Maine Evergreen Hotel & Gallery of Maine Art is hiring a part-time Cook/Food Prep for the onsite kitchen in Augusta, ME. This role supports a compact food operation serving boutique hotel guests, with hands-on prep work, kitchen support, and attention to cleanliness throughout service.
Role Overview
In this part-time position, you will prepare menu items and assist the service team to help ensure smooth food delivery. The work also includes keeping sanitation and safety standards current during active service periods.

- Prepare menu items in the kitchen

- Maintain sanitation and safety standards
- Clean dishes and reset kitchen and service areas

Required Availability
- Shift: Night Shift (Required)
- Available late afternoons & evenings, starting at 4:00 PM until around 10 PM
- Available Friday & Saturday evenings
