Spa | Women's Locker Room Attendant

Positioned within the Fontainebleau Florida Hotel spa team, the Spa Women's Locker Room Attendant ensures cleanliness of locker rooms and surrounding corridors, assists guests with locker room facilities, and supports daily spa operations. This on-site, part-time role is based in Miami Beach, Florida.

Role Overview

The role focuses on maintaining a clean and orderly spa locker room environment and adjoining hallways, while actively helping guests with locker room access and spa amenities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintains cleanliness and neatness of the facility, including the interior of the locker room and spa hallways.
• Oversees and monitors cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas to maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Assists guests in locker rooms with lockers, steam room, dry sauna and whirlpool access.
• Assists in completing all engineering work order requests.
• Responsible for laundry distribution.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Provides assistance in the spa locker rooms as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff.
• Previous experience as a room attendant or houseman or any other customer service related experience helpful.
• High school education or equivalent preferred.

Compensation and Schedule

Salary: USD 18 - 18 per hourly
