Role Summary

On-call Banquet Bartender responsible for coordinating the setup and preparation of banquet spaces, serving as bartender during events, and overseeing teardown. The role also involves preparing beverages and functioning as the banquet beverage bar cashier, contributing to an enhanced guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct the setup and preparation of banquet rooms for functions, serve as the bartender, and clear and tear down rooms after the function.
• Serve beverages and/or food to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Prepare beverages for other servers and act as the cashier for the banquet beverage bar.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of bartending experience, preferably in banquet service
• Experience in a 4-star or 5-star venue
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Current certification or license to be a bartender

Compensation

Hourly wage is $8.00 plus tips
