Banquet Server

Cork Factory Hotel is hiring Banquet Servers to support weddings and events at the property in Lancaster, PA.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve food and drinks to banquet guests
• Complete banquet set-up and tear-down as assigned
• Assist guests with additional needs in a helpful, guest-focused manner

Requirements

• Maintain a good attitude
• Ability to carry large trays
• Previous serving experience is helpful but not required

Pay & Schedule

• Hourly pay: USD 15 per hour (from $15.00 per hour)
• Full-time and part-time positions available
• Flexible shift scheduling
• Set your own schedule by choosing shifts you want to work (shift pick-up model)
