Bellman/Shuttle Driver

Casa de Palmas Hotel, TM Collection is seeking a part-time Bellman/Shuttle Driver in McAllen, TX. This role supports guest arrivals and departures, assists with hotel services, and helps maintain vehicles and shared areas in good condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Escort arriving hotel guests to their rooms, assist with luggage, and provide information about hotel services and facilities, points of interest, and entertainment attractions.
• Deliver mail and packages to guests.
• Pick up and deliver items for laundry and valet service.
• Transport hotel guests to and from the airport.
• Maintain the cleanliness and daily upkeep of hotel vans.
• Ensure public areas are clean and remove trash as needed.
• Keep records of calls for service.
• Report maintenance issues to the Chief Engineer.
• Ensure that all guests are served.
• Notify the Front Office Manager of guest comments.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
