Breakfast Associate

The Breakfast Associate role at AC Hotel St. Petersburg supports the guest experience by welcoming visitors and maintaining the breakfast area throughout meal service. The position focuses on daily menu preparation, area readiness, inventory control, and sanitation compliance.

Role Overview

This is a tipped position responsible for helping ensure guests have a smooth breakfast experience. During meal time, you will monitor the dining area to confirm supplies are available, guest needs are addressed, and the breakfast setting reflects the hotel’s hospitality image and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and monitor the dining area during meal time to ensure adequate supplies and that guest needs are met
• Plan breakfast menus based on brand recommendations and facility needs
• Prepare room set up and ensure the area remains clean, with equipment maintained in working condition
• Manage inventory of food and utensils
• Prepare the daily breakfast menu, including both hot and cold breakfast foods
• Follow required sanitation procedures for safe food handling
• Respond promptly and appropriately to guest questions or concerns
• Break down the breakfast area at the end of the meal period to ensure the facility is clean and ready for the next service

Compensation

USD 14 - 15 per hour
