This onsite role in Boonville, MO (65233) brings variety to your day through guest service, ticket and chip transactions, and event information, with competitive pay of $15 to $20 per hour.

What you’ll do

• Redeem and sell table game chips, including marketing redemptions, ticket-in and ticket-out redemptions, and other cash transactions.
• Handle a range of cash-related tasks, including answering customer questions in a courteous and professional manner.
• Support patrons by providing information about casino events.
• Maintain a fun, friendly, clean, and safe environment for both guests and employees.
• Work effectively and courteously with fellow employees.
• Accurately count and record assigned funds, make exchanges of funds throughout the shift, and keep the cash drawer balanced.
• Ensure all casino funds are secured when not in use.
• Verify and document personal identification information for checks and cash advance transactions.
• Complete all company-required training within designated time frames.
• Act as a customer experience owner: behave in ways that surprise and delight guests, leave guests with positive feelings about the property, and build/maintain relationships with them.
• Handle assignments as needed (other duties as assigned).

What you’ll need

• Ability to work effectively and courteously with fellow employees.
• Ability to comply with company standard operating procedures, gaming regulations, and federal regulations, including Title 31 compliance.
