The program supports your development while preparing you to meet company standards and gaming regulations in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.

What You’ll Do

• Greet guests at the table and provide prompt, accurate, courteous service while applying strong technical dealing skills.
• Explain aspects of various table games to guests.
• Follow company and departmental policies and procedures, state gaming regulations, and internal controls.
• Exchange currency for gaming chips and pay or collect bets quickly and accurately according to departmental procedures.
• Notify the Floor Supervisor of guest needs, such as cocktails or host service.
• Report any unusual situations to the Games Floor Supervisor.

What You Need

• Ability to obtain a valid state gaming license.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Previous dealing experience and/or recognized equivalent training.
• Willingness to be interviewed and auditioned.
• Maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
