EVS Floor/Marble Technician

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day cleaning of all public areas
• Coordinate and supervise external services such as pest control, window cleaning, and the trash and recycling programs
• Log maintenance defects and follow up with the facilities department
• Conduct routine inspections of the lobby, lounges, public restrooms, exterior grounds and parking structures, pathways, corridors, hotel perimeter, staircases, and related areas
• Remove and transport trash from soiled linen rooms and Central Supply to the trash dumpster
• Transport soiled linens from linen rooms to the laundry
• Prepare setups with tables, chairs, and tablecloths per the provided setup diagram

Requirements

• Prior industry cleaning experience required
• Knowledge of glass, carpet, floor, and industrial cleaning equipment required
• Able to obtain licenses required by state law
• Effective communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Available to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
