In this position, you will be the first point of contact for arriving guests, ensuring each interaction is handled with care, accuracy, and professionalism. You will also keep the front desk running smoothly by organizing the workspace, managing transactions, and coordinating with other departments to support a seamless guest experience.

What you’ll do

• Deliver exceptional customer service to create a positive first impression
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately
• Answer guest inquiries promptly and resolve issues or complaints with professionalism and empathy
• Assist guests with recommendations and information on local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities
• Collaborate with other departments to support smooth, seamless guest experiences
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Use attention to detail and a proactive approach to support guest satisfaction

What you’ll bring

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous cash handling experience required
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Proficiency in computer systems and knowledge of hotel property management software
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills
• Availability for flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• High School diploma or equivalent
