Job Description
Location: New York, NY (onsite). Salary: USD 25 - 25 per hourly. Minimum experience: 1 year. Education: High school degree or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit daily shift reports.
- Coordinate move‑in and move‑out materials for residents.
- Welcome new arrivals by introducing property services and amenities, then follow up with a warm call after they settle into their suite.
- Answer external phone calls and route inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Contact, confirm, and tailor all resident reservation requests to exceed expectations during their stay.
- Uphold service levels to maintain resident confidence and encourage repeat visits.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Act as a representative of the Korman culture and standards to all team members and residents.
- Maintain regular attendance in compliance with the AKA standards.
- Engage with residents and team members in a friendly, service‑oriented manner.
- Promote a safe, secure and healthy work environment.
- Protect resident/guest privacy and confidentiality by safeguarding personal information.
- Possess strong knowledge of the surrounding area, including restaurants, retail, arts, and cultural activities.
- Be familiar with emergency and safety procedures for the position.
