Head of Maintenance

Oversee and execute day-to-day facility maintenance to keep hotel systems running reliably in a hands-on, onsite role.

Responsibilities

• Complete general maintenance and repairs across facilities and equipment
• Carry out routine inspections to find, address, and prevent maintenance issues
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
• Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to diagnose and repair equipment effectively
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and deliver customer-focused service
• Weld and fabricate metal components as needed for repairs
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and completed repairs

Requirements

• Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
• Strong working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
• Experience with logic controllers is a plus
• Proficiency in welding and fabrication techniques
• Supervising or leadership experience is preferred

Compensation & Job Details

• Location: Minneapolis, MN (onsite, in person)
• Job type: Full-time
• Salary: USD 41,000 - 45,000 per year
