Hotel Housekeeping

Hotel Palm Bliss is seeking a detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeping team member to keep guest rooms and shared spaces clean, sanitized, and ready for daily use. This onsite role in Corpus Christi, TX focuses on thorough room care, proper restocking, and consistent adherence to health and safety cleaning protocols.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, windows, and fixtures, to maintain a hygienic environment.
• Complete floor care tasks such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and using appropriate cleaning solutions.
• Restock amenities including towels, toiletries, and linens to support guest needs efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms by sweeping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces.
• Follow established cleaning protocols for industrial and custodial cleaning tasks to uphold safety standards.
• Report maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to management promptly.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations related to cleaning procedures and the use of cleaning chemicals.

Requirements

• Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, and sanitation practices.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment including vacuums, buffers, and steam cleaners with confidence.
• Excellent attention to detail and a focus on consistently high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good physical stamina, including the ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout shifts.
• Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and janitorial experience is advantageous.
