Hotel Maintenance

Support routine upkeep at a hospitality property in Oconomowoc, WI with a maintenance associate role focused on repairs, preventative maintenance, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist maintenance with routine property and equipment repairs
• Help complete preventative maintenance tasks
• Monitor utilities as part of day-to-day property support
• Support guest and associate safety in accordance with corporate/brand standards and all federal, state, and local laws
• Follow and observe safety and security procedures to promote a safe work environment

Requirements

• Weekend availability: 50% weekends minimum required (flexible)
• Basic understanding of maintenance topics (full knowledge of all items not required)
• Mobility: stand or walk more than 2/3 of the time
• Sitting: sit less than 1/3 of the time
• Hand use: use hands to finger, handle, or feel for 75% of the time
• Reaching: reach with hands and arms for 75% of the time
• Overhead reaching: reach overhead with hands and arms for 25% of the time
• Crouch/climb: stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; climb or balance for 50% of the time
• Communication: talk or hear for 50% of the time
• Physical handling: carry/lift/push/pull up to 75 lbs

Work Schedule

• Shifts are typically 9a-5p or 10a-6p
• Part time preferred; full time may be available (4-5 days per week)

Pay

• $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
