Hotel Maintenance Technician

Best Western Royal Plaza Hotel & Trade Center offers a hands-on, onsite maintenance opportunity in Marlborough, Massachusetts. This role pays $17 to $18 per hour and supports a culture that values guest comfort, reliable operations, and collaborative problem solving. You will contribute to smooth daily operations across departments by maintaining hotel equipment and facilities in line with standard procedures.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and address guest repair requests
• Perform maintenance in guest rooms, including plunging toilets, unclogging drains, repairing hardware, electrical equipment including lamps, and components of HVAC systems and ducts
• Perform maintenance in hotel public areas, including plumbing, hardware, electrical work and cosmetic items
• Test, troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on various equipment
• Clean, lubricate, protect and maintain all tools and equipment used in the hotel
• Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager or Maintenance Manager

• Adheres to hotel Standard Operating Procedures
