House Attendant

As a House Attendant at The Ray Hotel Delray Beach, Curio Collection by Hilton, you will help keep public spaces and guest-support areas clean, welcoming, and aligned with brand expectations and sustainability practices. This onsite role supports smooth day-to-day service by maintaining assigned areas, assisting with linen movement, and addressing guest needs while keeping maintenance concerns on the radar.

You will work within a team environment where cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and safe work habits work together, including adherence to HHM’s EarthView program and relevant safety guidance.

What you’ll do

• Greet and acknowledge guests in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Inspect assigned areas and complete cleaning tasks as directed.
• Collect trash from service landings and dispose of it in outside trash dumpsters.
• Vacuum and dust guest corridors.
• Pick up bed and other linens from hotel floors and transport them to the laundry collection site.
• Deliver clean linen to assigned sections.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest areas.
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
• Report maintenance issues you observe.
• Support room attendant responsibilities during staffing shortages or peak periods.
• Be mindful of guest satisfaction scores and work toward improving departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
• Follow sustainability guidelines, including practices related to HHM’s EarthView program.
• Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment, and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
• Help ensure overall guest satisfaction and complete other duties requested by management.

What you bring

• High school diploma preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience required, or equivalent training preferred.

• Housekeeping Supervisor/Guest Service Agent – Executive Housekeeper or Front Office Manager

Schedule and physical demands

• Work schedule varies and may include holidays, weekends, and alternate shifts.
• Standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 25 pounds, reaching, bending, and kneeling to access all areas.
• Use of cleaning chemicals is required.
