Clean and maintain public hotel areas in line with established brand, guest service, and sustainability standards.
Greet and acknowledge guests in a courteous, friendly manner.
Inspect assigned areas and complete cleaning tasks as required.
Collect trash from service landings and dispose of it in outside trash dumpsters.
Vacuum and dust guest corridors.
Pick up beds and other linen from hotel floors and transport to the laundry collection site.
Deliver clean linen to assigned sections.
Respond to guest inquiries and provide assistance when needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest areas.
Report maintenance issues to the appropriate team.
Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and support efforts to improve departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM’s EarthView program.
Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment, and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
Ensure overall guest satisfaction through consistent service and cleanliness standards.
Work as a room attendant during staffing shortages or during peak periods.
Complete other duties as requested by management.

High school diploma preferred.
Previous housekeeping experience required, or equivalent training preferred.

Onsite role in Orlando, FL.
Work schedule varies; may include holidays, weekends, and alternate shifts.
Physical demands include standing for extended periods; walking, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 25 pounds; reaching, bending, and kneeling to reach all areas.
Use of cleaning chemicals is required.
