Housekeeper Attendant

Housekeepers are needed at Normandy Farm Hotel/Blue Bell County Club to keep guest rooms and surrounding hotel areas spotless, welcoming, and ready for guests. This is a weekend-focused role with evening and late-night shift options.

Role Overview

You will help maintain a clean, comfortable experience for guests by completing room cleaning and reset tasks with attention to detail. The schedule is designed around weekend coverage, with required availability for at least two shifts each weekend, including the specified Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday evening shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, including windows, doors, furniture, fixtures, closets, and other areas as assigned.
• Refresh bathrooms by cleaning tubs, showers, toilets, sinks, mirrors, walls, and fixtures.
• Replenish supplies such as towels, soaps, amenities, literature, hangers, blankets, pillows, and other required items.
• Clean and care for guest room floors.
• Dust and polish furniture and fixtures, including wall hangings, vents, and hard-to-reach areas.
• Strip and remake beds using fresh linens to support a “just checked in” appearance.
• Check under beds, between mattresses, and throughout closets to ensure each detail is guest-ready.
• Identify and report maintenance or housekeeping concerns to the Executive Housekeeper or Housekeeping Supervisors.
• Greet and interact with guests and team members in a friendly, professional manner.
• Report to work on time in proper uniform and ready to support a positive guest experience.
• Complete special projects and other duties as needed.

Required Education and Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• High school graduate or an equivalent qualification
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain excellent attendance
• Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with guests and coworkers
• Detail-oriented with pride in delivering a high-quality job
• Familiar with basic guest service and hospitality standards
• Available to work a minimum of 2 weekend shifts each weekend
• Available for the required Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday evening shifts
• Comfortable working evening and late-night hours
• Comfortable following safety policies, procedures, and regulations
• Able to remain active during shifts, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, kneeling, crouching, pushing, and carrying
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds independently and more than 50 pounds with assistance
• Able to provide reliable transportation to and from work
• Able to work as part of a team and support a positive workplace

Weekend Availability (Required)

This is a weekend-focused position. Candidates must be available to work at least two shifts each weekend (AM and PM options are available). You must also be available for the required evening shifts on Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday.

• Friday: 8:00AM - 4:30PM and 4:00PM - 2:00AM
• Saturday: 8:00AM - 4:30PM and 4:00PM - 2:00AM
• Sunday: 9:00AM - 5:30PM and 3:00PM - 11:00PM

Additional Employment Details

• Pre-employment background check and drug test are required prior to employment.
• Regular, predictable attendance is required. Employees are expected to arrive on time, in proper uniform, and maintain a neat and professional appearance.

Compensation and Location

• Location: Blue Bell, PA (onsite)
• Pay: USD 16 - 17 per hour
