Housekeeping (Hotel / Motel, Hospitality)

Riverbend Hotel and Cabins in Helen, GA is hiring a Housekeeper to help keep guest spaces clean, comfortable, and aligned with the property’s standards. This onsite role supports a welcoming experience by maintaining orderly rooms and reporting anything that needs attention.

Working as part of the housekeeping team, you will complete daily cleaning tasks, check room readiness, and handle guest communication in a calm, professional manner. The schedule for this position runs 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with weekend availability required (Saturday and Sunday), and options for both full-time and part-time.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and making beds
• Inspect rooms to ensure they meet the hotel’s high standards
• Report room damages when they are identified
• Respond to requests and/or guest complaints with professionalism and patience
• Maintain appropriate levels of supplies and consumables and restock as needed
• Follow health and safety rules and regulations at all times

Requirements

• Proven experience as a housekeeper or cleaner is preferred
• Ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining strong performance
• Friendly, customer-oriented approach
• Strong organizational skills and a careful eye for detail
• Ability to work quickly while not compromising quality
• Capable of light lifting and standing for extended periods
• Reliable transportation
