Housekeeping Room Attendant
Job Description
Keep guest spaces clean, sanitized, and well-maintained at an onsite hotel and spa in Fort Lauderdale.
Responsibilities
- Complete housekeeping cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Care for guest rooms and inspect them according to established standards
- Make beds and change linens as needed
- Stock and maintain supplies in bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas
- Collaborate with colleagues to support day-to-day operations
- Respond to guest queries politely and efficiently
- Follow hotel security and safety guidelines consistently
Requirements
- Proficiency in the cleaning practices required for housekeeping work
- Experience in the housekeeping department within the hospitality sector preferred
- Attention to detail and thoroughness during cleaning tasks
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members
- English language proficiency preferred
- Minimum experience: 2 years
