Houseman

Hotel Rehoboth in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware is recruiting a full-time seasonal Houseman to support the housekeeping team through October 2026. The position emphasizes assisting with room cleaning, handling trash removal, and delivering responsive guest services within a busy hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the housekeeping team by stripping rooms
• Transport linens and restock supply closets to maintain readiness
• Maintain cleanliness and order in stairwells, hallways, the lobby, the garage, and all other public areas
• Greet guests and assist with check-in, check-out, and other guest requests
• Assist with luggage handling and accommodate guests with special needs

Requirements

• Experience in guest service or a hospitality environment
• Prior experience with hotels or housekeeping is highly desirable
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are an asset
