Houseperson/Breakfast Attendant

Giri Hotel Management is offering a Seasonal Houseperson/Breakfast Attendant Full Time role onsite in Bow, NH. This position supports a clean, welcoming hotel experience and helps keep breakfast running smoothly for guests. Responsibilities

• Complete basic housekeeping duties in public spaces, including vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal
• Report and return any guest properties left behind
• Report property damage cases to a supervisor
• Work with a team of housekeepers on each shift
• Keep workstations and equipment clean, organized, and in good working order
• Coordinate with other staff to help ensure guest rooms meet hotel standards and accommodate special guest needs
• Set up, prepare, and maintain the breakfast area before, during, and after service
• Replenish breakfast items, including food, beverages, utensils, plates, and supplies as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and serving stations
• Perform other duties as assigned, requested, or deemed necessary by management

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent experience
• Previous houseperson/Breakfast attendant experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to continuously stand 90% of the time
• Lifting up to 50 lbs (limited) and pushing up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work independently
• Maintain a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor at all times
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language
• Hours required: 24-32 hour shift; schedule days and times may vary based on need
• Willingness to learn different positions and work a varying schedule

Preferred qualities: Previous customer-facing experience, ability to work independently and as part of a team, knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and procedures, strong attention to detail, and a second language is a plus.
