The Riverwalk Plaza Hotel is hiring a Maintenance team member for onsite work in downtown San Antonio on the River Walk.

Conduct inspections across the entire property, including mechanical areas
Complete a range of cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, and wiping down surfaces
Use cleaning chemicals as needed for maintenance and cleaning duties
Assist Housekeeping, Houseperson, and other hotel departments
Support basic repair and maintenance work
Apply knowledge of basic building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical
Help with installation tasks for items such as fixtures, doors, and windows
Perform related tasks including painting, sanding, and basic carpentry
Maintain a high level of attention to detail while working efficiently
Provide customer service when interacting with guests

Available for morning and/or evening shifts up to a 40 hour work week
Flexible schedule required, including weekends and holidays
Experience preferred but not required
Knowledge of basic repair work
Knowledge of basic building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.
Knowledge of installation of fixtures, doors, windows, etc.
Knowledge of painting, sanding, basic carpentry, etc.

Pay: USD $17.00–$18.00 per hour
