Morning Hotel Maintenance Engineer

Sunridge Hotel Group is seeking a Morning Hotel Maintenance Engineer in Sedona, AZ to keep all hotel and guestroom areas operating smoothly. This role focuses on preventative maintenance, timely repairs, and consistent support for both hotel standards and guest expectations.

Role Overview

In this position, you will maintain all areas of the hotel in accordance with Sunridge standards by performing preventative maintenance and completing repairs as needed. The schedule includes full-time or part-time hours, with weekend availability required.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain all areas of the hotel in line with Sunridge standards through preventative maintenance and necessary repairs
• Provide value-added service to customers by taking reasonable and possible steps to meet or exceed expectations
• Handle difficult situations effectively
• Understand and implement preventative maintenance practices
• Repair and maintain hotel and guestroom areas
• Adhere to hotel policies and procedures
• Attend work on time as scheduled
• Follow hotel grooming and dress standards
• Minimize safety hazards by following all safety rules and procedures
• Project a favorable image of Sunridge and the hotel to the public at all times
• Complete other ancillary and related duties as assigned by supervisors and/or the General Manager

Schedule and Location

• Location: Sedona, AZ 86336 (onsite)
• Employment type: Full-time or part-time
• Weekend availability: Required, including availability to work weekends

Qualifications

• Prior engineering experience is a plus, though it is not required
• Ability to serve as a crucial, reliable part of the evening hotel team
• Must be available for weekend work

Compensation

Pay rate: USD 18 - 20 per hourly.
