Maintenance Person

Marseilles Hotel, a beachfront property in South Beach, is seeking a Maintenance Person for immediate, full-time employment. This on-site role located in Miami Beach, FL involves performing maintenance and related trades tasks to maintain guest spaces. Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and related trades tasks as part of hotel operations at the beachfront property.

Requirements

• Experience in maintenance, construction, or custodial work; skilled tradespeople preferred such as plumbing, drywall, electrical, carpentry, etc.; skilled handymen welcome.
• Willing to work 40 hours per week
• Available to work any day of the week, holidays, etc., as needed
• Available to work day or night shift, as needed
• Ability to be on call
• Able to start immediately
• Have work authorization and be able to be paid on the books
• Have your own tools
• Must speak some English (Spanish/English bilingual preferred)
• Able to spend extended periods on your feet, and able to lift 30-50 pounds as needed

Compensation and Schedule

• Training (2 to 3 weeks) - $16.50/hr
• Level 1 - $17.00/hr to $18.50/hr
• Level 2 - $18.00/hr to $20.50/hr

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
