Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Support preventative maintenance and complete work orders for replacing and repairing ceiling tiles, drywall, and wall coverings.
• Install or repair drywall and other wall coverings.
• Paint designated areas and items.
• Replace basic electrical fixtures, switches, receptacles, bulbs, and fixtures.
• Perform minor plumbing tasks.
• Prioritize guest satisfaction and contribute to higher departmental and hotel wide guest scores.
• Adhere to Service Recovery Guidelines.
• Maintain curb appeal through snow removal, lawn care, gardening, and trash removal.
• Follow EarthView sustainability guidelines and practices.
• Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment, and comply with MSDS and OSHA standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Prior maintenance experience or equivalent training is required.
