Night Auditor

BRANDERMILL HOTEL LLC is seeking a Night Auditor for onsite work in Midlothian, VA. In this overnight role, you will help keep the property running smoothly by completing end-of-day accounting tasks, supporting the front desk, and serving as both guest service representative and manager on duty during night hours.

Night auditors are responsible for auditing and reconciling daily financial activities while also assisting late-night guests with check-ins, check-outs, and other requests. The shift includes preparing the front office for the next business day and supporting operational needs throughout the night.

Responsibilities

• Perform all audit procedures established by the Hotel and company on a daily basis.
• Perform and attribute all required audit reports.
• Verify the status of wake-up call requests and ensure they are properly handled.
• Balance cash receipts and work performed during the audit shift.
• Prepare the front office for the ‘A’ shift and reset days business.
• Act as a guest service representative during night time hours.
• Act as the manager on duty during night time hours.
• Attend and actively participate in all front office meetings.
• Participate in training and cross training programs.
• Serve as the PBX operator during the audit shift.
• Assist breakfast attendants by setting up breakfast areas as needed.
• Take the initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner.
• Report to work for scheduled shifts on time and in uniform in accordance with company policy.
• Know and comply with all company policies and procedures pertaining to the position and its duties.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED certification, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills required.
• 1-2 years of hotel front desk or night auditor experience preferred.
• Customer service skills required.
• Financial management skills required.
• Brand systems knowledge preferred.

Pay: USD 17 - 18 per hour (onsite).
