Night Auditor

Join Brooklyn Hotel Partners LLC in Brooklyn Center, MN as a Night Auditor onsite. This role supports smooth overnight operations by combining guest-focused service with accurate daily reporting. If you take pride in professionalism, detail, and reliable follow-through, you will play an important part in keeping the guest experience on track while supporting the team behind the scenes.

What you’ll do

• Provide exceptional guest service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly
• Register and process guests during arrival and departure
• Maintain telephone courtesy and professionalism
• Listen carefully to guests and anticipate additional needs or concerns
• Keep public areas and the hotel office clean and presentable
• Use appropriate selling techniques to help maximize revenue and occupancy
• Complete daily management operations reports
• Ensure guest accounts are complete and accurate
• Use working knowledge of hotel services and facilities, plus local area information
• Follow the hotel’s standard operating procedures and policies
• Assist with monitoring and upholding safety procedures for guests and hotel team members
• Support team members and other departments as needed to improve operational efficiency
• Deliver amenities and provide general assistance to guests as requested
• Perform additional responsibilities assigned by leadership

Schedule & compensation

Location: Brooklyn Center, MN (onsite)

Pay: USD $16-$18 per hour
