Job Description
Loews Arlington Hotel in Arlington, TX is seeking a Public Area Attendant to help keep guest spaces clean, safe, and inviting. This onsite role focuses on maintaining high-standards public areas while supporting daily hotel operations through careful upkeep, supply organization, and responsive issue reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Keep public spaces immaculate, including lobbies, restrooms, elevators, and stairwells, so guests feel welcome.
- Stock and organize housekeeping supplies, ensuring storerooms remain neat and secure.
- Report maintenance issues promptly to help maintain the property in top condition.
- Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively, in line with all guidelines.
- Assist guests with accurate information about hotel facilities and services.
- Attend departmental meetings and collaborate with the team to support seamless operations.
- Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times.
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and hotel standards for emergency procedures and chemical handling.
- Maintain regular attendance in conformance with established standards.
- Be available for varying schedules as business needs require.
- Attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Cleaning experience (preferred).
- Hotel or resort experience (preferred).
- Basic English skills (preferred).
- Ability to walk, stand, reach, and bend.
- Ability to push, lift, and pull items up to 25 lbs repetitively during the entire shift.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as required.
