Keep hotel public spaces and restrooms clean, safe, and guest-ready while supporting emergency response and day-to-day assistance.

Clean and maintain public areas and restrooms to meet quality and guest satisfaction standards.
Thoroughly clean sinks, toilets, urinals, mirrors, tiles, counters, walls, stalls, vents, and/or floors using cleaning agents, extending arms overhead to reach above areas.
Follow cleaning procedures and instructions for use of cleaning agents.
Dust furniture, pictures, and shelves, reaching overhead and using bending and stooping as needed.
Clean and polish all metal surfaces using repeated pressure-based motions.
Clean ashtrays and empty trash.
Report suspicious persons or activities and hazardous conditions to the Safety/Security Department.
Provide general public assistance, including instruction or guidance for guest and employee safety during fire or other emergency situations.
Support other assigned tasks when requested, such as assisting room attendants or the house person.

Knowledge of chemical cleaning agents and the operation of various cleaning equipment.
Physical ability to extend arms, scrub, bend, stoop, and stand/walk throughout public areas for extended periods of time.
Ability to understand and follow directions and perform job functions under limited supervision.
Basic ability to comprehend English language enough to understand safety levels and instructions.
Previous lobby attendant and/or janitorial experience preferred.
Additional language ability preferred.
Regular attendance in accordance with established standards is essential.
Willingness to work varying schedules based on hotel business needs, including nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
Maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance (specific standards available).
Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as determined by position and duties.
Comply with health and safety rules, regulations, and procedures to maintain a safe environment.
Ability to explain and demonstrate essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodation.
