Job Description

At The Casso Raleigh, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, the room attendant plays a key role in preserving inviting guest spaces and supporting a smooth guest experience through attentive cleaning and care. This on-site position in Raleigh, NC sits within the Housekeeping team, dedicated to maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and the orderly presentation of guest rooms to comfort visitors throughout their stay.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with guests to ensure their stay proceeds smoothly and pleasantly
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve and maintain high standards of room cleanliness
  • Keep the work cart organized and fully stocked for efficient service
  • Utilize equipment, supplies, and guest amenities properly
  • Provide thorough cleaning and sanitation of assigned guest areas
  • Change and inspect linens and towels daily, following the Green Program standards
  • Adhere to safety standards and identify hazards (such as broken glass, frayed cords, leaks, broken locks, and suspicious persons), reporting issues promptly
  • Respect guests’ property and handle items with care
  • Care for equipment and maintain its condition
  • Report to work on time per the posted schedule, maintain accurate time records, and follow proper room issuance procedures
  • Remain alert, courteous, and helpful to guests and coworkers at all times
  • Perform other related duties as requested by the Floor Supervisor

Requirements

  • Housekeeping experience is desirable
  • Neat, pleasant personality and professional demeanor
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to work on foot for extended periods
  • Effective communication abilities
  • Ability to read room numbers, dates, and basic instructions
  • Capacity to move and position oneself to reach corners on floors and high places; observe conditions, detect odors, and navigate carts weighing up to 100 lbs in tight spaces; operate equipment including spray bottles, vacuums, mops, brooms, dust pans, and dusters
  • Lift, carry, and position loads of at least 25 lbs

Compensation
