Room Attendant

At Hotel Tano in Tamuning, GU 96913, you will help create a clean, comfortable guest experience while supporting a busy housekeeping team onsite. The role offers stability with full-time or part-time options and includes a set of employee-focused benefits.

What you’ll do

You will clean and reset guest rooms daily according to hotel standards, ensuring each space is ready for arrivals and maintained to an appropriate level of sanitation.

• Clean guest rooms daily, including making beds, replacing linens, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, sanitizing bathrooms, and restocking amenities
• Check rooms for maintenance issues, damages, or missing items and report concerns
• Replenish supplies such as towels and toiletries as required
• Maintain housekeeping carts, storage rooms, and assigned work areas in a clean and organized condition
• Follow all safety, security, and sanitation procedures at all times
• Handle guest requests courteously and promptly, reporting any concerns to management
• Turn in all lost and found items following hotel procedures
• Assist with laundry duties or other housekeeping tasks as needed
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold Hotel Tano’s service standards at all times
• Complete other duties as necessary
