Room Attendant

Join Lotte Hotel Americas in Seattle, WA onsite as a Room Attendant, reporting directly to the Housekeeping Manager and supporting a clean, comfortable guest room experience.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Housekeeping Manager and support daily housekeeping operations.
• Maintain and clean guest rooms in accordance with hotel standards.
• Complete room cleaning tasks while meeting the quality expectations of the property.

Requirements

• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• Minimum 1-year Room Attendant experience; luxury hotel experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to receive instructions and submit accurate reports.
• Knowledge of applicable laws related to hotel and restaurant operations.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organization skills.
• Gracious, friendly, and fun demeanor.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting with a high-level focus on details.
• Ability to work independently and also partner with others to encourage teamwork.
• Results-oriented approach with flexibility and comfort working under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule: weekends, holidays, AM, PM, overnight, and overtime as needed.

Compensation

• USD 25 - 25 per hour
