Role Overview

You will help maintain the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms and public areas at Kozy Hotel Houston North in Houston, TX 77090 (onsite). The position focuses on consistent housekeeping standards, careful restocking, timely reporting of issues, and guest service delivered with urgency and respect.

Compensation

• USD 14 per hourly

What You’ll Do

• Clean guest rooms to brand standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms
• Replenish amenities, towels, and linens with care and consistency
• Report maintenance issues or room damage promptly to engineering or management
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and adequate stock in carts, closets, and storage areas
• Follow safety and sanitation protocols, including proper handling of chemicals and linens
• Assist with deep cleaning projects and room turns as needed
• Provide friendly, respectful service to guests and respond to requests with urgency

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred, with hotel or healthcare settings ideal
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to lift, bend, push carts, and stand for extended periods
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
