Room Attendant (housekeeper)

Sands Hotel and Spa in Indian Wells, CA seeks a dedicated room attendant/housekeeper to maintain clean, orderly spaces and deliver attentive guest service.

Salary: USD 17 per hour

Responsibilities

• Clean all areas to the standard level of cleanliness within established time frames
• Provide outstanding guest service
• Plan daily task lists and log every serviced room
• Keep equipment maintained and in good working condition
• Report shortages, damages, or security concerns promptly
• Address reasonable guest complaints or requests and escalate as needed
• Monitor stocking levels of all consumables
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and follow company policies and licensing laws

• Ability to work independently and stay motivated
• Strong customer service orientation
• Excellent prioritization and time management skills
• Professionalism with speed and meticulous attention to detail
