Uniform Room Attendant

As a Uniform Room Attendant, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and cleaning colleague uniforms while supporting uniform control, repairs and alterations, and laundry and dry cleaning processing.

Responsibilities

• Receive and issue all uniforms.
• Maintain uniform control by issuing uniforms on an exchange basis only.
• Assess items for repairs, accurately measure, and alter uniforms as needed.
• Accept laundry from team members, verify, count, and maintain inventory of collected items.
• Prepare dry cleaning and laundry lists, and send and receive items for processing.
• Wash and iron team member and guest clothing.
• Organize and properly store guests’ clothing in the designated laundry area upon receipt.

Requirements

• 1 year of previous customer service or cleaning experience.
• Knowledge of, and/or experience with Forbes 4/5 Star service standards is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis and remain standing for prolonged extended periods.

Location: Houston, TX (onsite)

Pay Range: USD $15.00 - USD $15.00 per hour
