AM Public Areas Attendant

The AM Public Areas Attendant at The Bohemian Hotel Savannah Riverfront, Autograph Collection, is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and visual appeal of the lobby and all public spaces, restocking supplies, handling trash removal, and assisting guests with requests in the lobby area.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the lobby and public spaces remain spotless and well-presented at all times.
• Keep all public areas neat, vacuumed, and free from dust.
• Maintain clean, mark-free surfaces including mirrors, furniture, floors, ashtrays, elevators, and doors.
• Collect and remove waste from designated areas.
• Restock amenities and supplies as needs arise.
• Assist guests by responding to requests and inquiries within the lobby environment.

Requirements

• Effective communication with the public and all team members.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
