Support the housekeeping management team in maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards across all guest areas.

Assist with supervising housekeeping team members to ensure cleaning and sanitation standards are met across the property
Coordinate daily cleaning schedules, including industrial cleaning and commercial janitorial tasks, to balance efficiency and quality
Support staff training on proper cleaning methods, safety regulations, and sanitation procedures
Monitor and inspect guest rooms, public areas, laundry services, and custodial spaces to uphold cleanliness and safety standards
Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries related to housekeeping services to support customer satisfaction
Lead by example to maintain a safe work environment, manage team performance, and encourage a positive work culture

Proven experience in custodial work, commercial cleaning, or hospitality housekeeping management with supervisory responsibilities
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation practices, and safety regulations in a hospitality or industrial setting
Demonstrated leadership skills, including experience supervising teams and managing staff
Excellent communication skills for coordinating team efforts and interacting with guests
Ability to organize tasks efficiently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience with laundry operations and janitorial services is preferred
Proactive attitude focused on customer service excellence and adherence to health standards
