Banquet Stewart

The Banquet Set-Up team member coordinates closely with the sales team to understand guest requirements for each event and then prepares the function space by arranging tables, chairs, and related setup to reflect guest preferences. This is an onsite, part-time role based in Bethlehem, PA, at Hotel Bethlehem.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team for every meeting or event to identify guest needs.
• Configure the room by positioning tables, chairs, and related equipment to match guest specifications.
• Relocate seating and furniture as needed to accommodate different layouts and guest requests.
• Assist the banquet team in delivering guest experiences that exceed expectations.

Position Summary

The Banquet Set-Up team serves as behind the scenes guest service specialists. Working with the sales team to ascertain guest needs, the Set-Up crew brings those wishes to life by arranging the room with tables, chairs, and related items. Team members may move furniture to meet layout requirements, supporting the banquet team in fulfilling guest expectations.

Compensation

USD 19 - 23 per hour
