Concierge

In Jackson Hole, Wyoming, Hotel Terra & Teton Mountain Lodge, a Noble House Hotel, is seeking a Concierge to help deliver standout guest experiences from arrival through the details of each stay. This onsite role centers on sharing helpful local knowledge, supporting planning, and making sure every guest feels guided and well taken care of.

What You’ll Do

• Provide and maintain the highest caliber of guest experience for all guests.
• Share information on community events, area attractions, entertainment, shops, restaurants, travel options, and local businesses.
• Assist guests with reservations and offer correct, insightful, and unique vacation advice.
• Support guests as they plan their dream stay with class and style.

• Ability to maintain a calm, unhurried demeanor.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Excel, Word, and email use.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
