Dishwasher

This onsite Dishwasher position at Hotel Indigo North Conway plays a key role in supporting the hotel’s food service operations by maintaining clean dishware and a well-organized kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to meet cleanliness and safety standards
• Assist with bussing by clearing tables and keeping dining areas supported during service hours
• Support food preparation tasks as needed, including basic ingredient handling and setup
• Maintain cleanliness across kitchen stations, including sweeping and mopping floors when necessary
• Assist with catering events by cleaning and preparing serving ware for reuse
• Follow proper food handling procedures to support health regulations
• Help with general kitchen organization and inventory management as directed by supervisors

Requirements

• Prior experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, or catering is preferred, but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
• Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Team-oriented attitude with a positive approach to assisting colleagues and supporting the operation
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings or weekends if needed
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds for cleaning supplies and dishware
• Basic understanding of kitchen safety protocols and cleanliness standards

Compensation

• $17 - $19 per hour
