Dual Houseperson/Maintenance

This full-time Dual Houseperson/Maintenance night shift role supports the Courtyard and TownePlace Suites by Marriott Mankato properties onsite in Mankato, MN. The position includes weekend coverage and combines property maintenance with houseperson duties, including equipment care, emergency response, and security-related assistance. Pay is USD 18 per hour.

Job Summary

The Maintenance function focuses on keeping equipment on property or company grounds in working condition. The role also includes responding to emergencies, guest complaints, lock-outs, and other security-related issues as they arise. This position supports multiple properties in the area, all within walking distance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment located on property or company grounds.
• Support work involving system and building components, including mechanical and electrical systems, pumps, HVAC, refrigeration, lighting, and tile among other related areas.
• Assist with emergency response and follow-up for complaints, lock-outs, and security-related matters.
• Operate across nearby properties in the area, all within walking distance.
