Overview

Responsibilities

• Handle overnight front desk duties, including guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift
• Process guest payments and maintain accurate records
• Perform night audits to verify guest accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and issues that arise overnight
• Maintain the safety and security of the hotel premises during overnight hours
• Provide exceptional customer service and cultivate a welcoming atmosphere for guests
• Collaborate with other departments to address guest needs and ensure a seamless experience
• Stay informed about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively

Requirements

• Prior cash handling experience is required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong computer skills
• Flexibility to work overnights, weekends, and holidays

Salary Range

USD 27.32 per hour
