General Maintenance / Handyman

The Hotel Union Square is seeking a full-time maintenance technician/handyman to support onsite upkeep. This position focuses on routine maintenance and repair work across several building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general facilities needs.

Role Overview

In this General Maintenance / Handyman position, you will handle routine maintenance tasks and assist with general repairs as needed. The work includes attention to day-to-day upkeep across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and related maintenance areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
• Perform scheduled and routine maintenance work covering plumbing, electricity, HVAC, and general repairs.

Requirements

• Some general handyman knowledge in electrical and plumbing to complete routine maintenance tasks.
• Construction experience is ideal.
• Debes tener algunos conocimientos generales de mantenimiento en electricidad y plomería para realizar tareas de mantenimiento de rutina.
• Experiencia en construcción preferible.
