Guest Room Attendant

As a Guest Room Attendant with Natson hotel group in Destin, FL, you will uphold high standards of cleanliness across assigned areas to create a welcoming environment for guests and staff. This role requires the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, hallways, lobbies, and restrooms.
• Utilize industrial cleaning equipment and supplies to achieve elevated cleanliness standards.
• Carry out floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing.
• Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing surfaces to maintain hygiene standards.
• Promptly report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
• Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience in industrial cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
• Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is a plus.
• Experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
