Coordinate concierge-style services to support a smooth, positive arrival experience
Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a warm, welcoming atmosphere
Answer guest questions and handle requests; share recommendations for local attractions and dining
Arrange and manage transportation and luggage services for guests
Anticipate guest needs and personalize the stay to align with guest expectations
Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally to support guest satisfaction
Support concierge tasks such as booking reservations, arranging tours, and organizing special requests
Work with other departments to help ensure a seamless guest experience

Enthusiastic and outgoing personality with a commitment to exceptional guest experiences
Preferred 1+ year of hotel customer service experience
Familiarity with the local area, attractions, and dining options
Ability to anticipate needs; strong problem-solving, judgment, and reasoning skills
Effective communication skills with the public and with other Team Members
Strong computer skills
