Guest Service Rep

At Saratoga Casino Hotel in Saratoga Springs, NY (onsite), the Guest Service Rep role brings energy and consistency to every guest interaction. You will deliver friendly, fast, and responsible service while helping guests take full advantage of Saratoga Club rewards, property events, and day-to-day needs across departments.

Working as part of a team environment, you will support a positive atmosphere, complete related transactions accurately, and maintain guest information with discretion. The position is paid at USD 17 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding guest service in a friendly, swift, and responsible manner while building positive relationships with guests and fellow Team Members.
• Support a team-based workplace by staying detail oriented and completing all required work.
• Promote the Saratoga Club rewards program and its benefits.
• Attend jackpots and assist with promotions, giveaways, games, and related operations.
• Assist guests with Saratoga Club-related transactions and provide support for promotions and property-wide events.
• Contribute to a welcoming atmosphere by assisting guests when needed and creating goodwill.
• Accurately maintain guest profiles, including contact information and mail preferences.
• Provide the highest level of guest service and remain knowledgeable of Saratoga Casino Hotel activities and amenities.
• Interface daily with personnel from various departments to support smooth operations.
• Control and execute all transactions accurately.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• Assist with promotions and events as needed.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of a computer.
• Knowledgeable of Saratoga Casino Hotel activities and amenities.
• Ability to act with discretion and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work flexible schedules based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
