Guest Services Host

The Galleria Park Hotel in San Francisco, CA (onsite) is seeking a Guest Services Host to warmly greet guests, assist with check-in and check-out, promote hotel services, and provide information. This role offers flexible shifts, including mornings, afternoons, mid shifts, and weekends, with a focus on delivering warm, authentic experiences for guests.

Overview

• Ability to work a variety of shifts (7:00am–3:00pm, 3:00pm–11:00pm, and other mid shifts) as well as weekends.
• Be an integral member of a team that creates distinctively different and authentic guest experiences.
• Warmly greet arriving guests and assist with check-in and check-out to ensure comfort and a welcoming atmosphere while providing information.
• Promote hotel services and amenities to guests.

Responsibilities

• Enthusiastically welcome guests, anticipate their needs, assist with check-in and check-out, and respond promptly with a personal touch, regardless of how busy it is or the time of day.
• Foster memorable experiences with a warm, approachable personality that can relate to guests and colleagues.
• Exercise initiative to resolve guest concerns and cultivate loyalty by going above and beyond.
• Share personal passions and knowledge of available services and amenities to help guests feel at home.
• Collaborate with team members to convey observations to staff and management to ensure guests' needs are met.
• Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining an impeccable attention to detail for accuracy and efficiency.

Hourly Rate

$30.00 per hour
