Responsibilities
- Perform nightly audits of guest accounts, reservations, and financial activity using property management systems like PEP, OnQ, or comparable platforms
- Oversee overnight front desk operations, handling guest check-ins and check-outs, and managing multi-line phone inquiries with professionalism
- Deliver attentive guest service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction through personalized care
- Uphold security protocols by monitoring CCTV, performing routine property inspections, and following emergency procedures to protect guests and staff
- Prepare shift reports, incident logs, and audit summaries to ensure accurate records and smooth shift handoffs
- Support reservation management in hospitality systems, ensuring booking details and special requests are recorded accurately
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting
- Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially PEP, OnQ or comparable platforms
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on problem solving and clear communication in a fast paced environment
- Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to handle unforeseen situations confidently
- Previous experience working night shifts in a hospitality setting is preferred
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve an international clientele effectively
- Experience with multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and guest relations enhances overall performance in this role
